Milan Doshi, President
Milan is well versed in Change Management, Project Management, and Broker Dealer operations. He has held leadership roles in operations and relationship management at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Penson Financial Services. Milan has been involved in numerous large scale conversions as a result of a variety of acquisitions and mergers throughout his career. Milan graduated from the Stern School of Business at NYU with a BS in Accounting and Finance. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. He has also held the Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 Licenses.
Ella Cangiarella, CAO
Ella has an Engineering degree and over 15 years of finance experience in Brokerage Services. Her roles have ranged from billing manager to financial planning and analysis. Her responsibilities have focused on performing monthly financial reporting, as well as preparing and maintaining financial forecasts and budgets.
Gary Bredow, Director
As a Director at Doshi Consulting Solutions, Gary’s role is focused on Talent Acquisition. Gary is an Information Technology/Financial Services professional specializing in the analysis, development, integration and support of portfolio management accounting and reporting systems. Gary has recruited, trained and managed IT Application Development teams for over 30 years. He has extensive business experience and knowledge of middle/ back-office brokerage systems with investment banks and retail brokerage.
