Milan Doshi, President
Milan is well versed in Change Management, Project Management, and Broker Dealer operations. He has held leadership roles in operations and relationship management at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Broadridge Financial Solutions, and Penson Financial Services. Milan has been involved in numerous large scale conversions as a result of a variety of acquisitions and mergers throughout his career.
Milan Doshi graduated from the Stern School of Business at NYU with a BS in Accounting and Finance. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. He has also held the Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 Licenses.
Greg Amari, Managing Partner
Greg has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry working closely with Broker Dealers and Hedge Funds. Most recently, Greg built and ran the Correspondent Clearing business at Morgan Stanley focusing on high frequency and quantitative proprietary trading shops and institutional clients. Prior to launching Morgan Stanley’s Clearing offering, Greg ran the Correspondent Clearing business at Bank of America and has held leadership roles at ADP and Jefferies & Co. He has extensive experience in the execution, clearing, custody, financing and risk management of a broad array of asset classes. He has managed the successful sale and conversion of clearing businesses between firms and is well versed in transition management. Greg Amari holds a B.S. in Economics from Binghamton University as well as multiple security licenses.
